Not sure when it was changed. I'm using Chrome and get the "loading" page.
Best way to get it is the URL that other answers mentioned. You'll get a progress bar and then a download screen.

IBM’s new cloud systems will use the same technology as its Watson machine learning system to handle natural language processing, meaning they can be trained to analyse any data and understand meaning from it.
Watson is designed to understand meaning in the context of large data sets and to quickly provide answers. It has been credited with aiding in the diagnosis of breast cancer and the prediction of a relationship between email and human responses.
IBM also revealed in a statement that it has already opened up the data sets used by Watson to any member of the public who wishes to access them via a request on the e.scientists website.
IBM said its cloud platform would be able to “analyse large, complex data sets” by training and understanding its intelligence, thereby “providing valuable insights that help businesses make better, faster decisions.”
The statement read: “IBM Research is leading a highly collaborative project that will enable our cloud computing platform to derive insights from natural language processing, machine learning and cognitive computing by understanding the meaning of the data as it comes from diverse sources.”
They added that the technology would allow it to “use vast volumes of unstructured data in structured ways to answer pressing questions across industries and processes that require statistical, cognitive and human understanding”.Q:
Converting if statements into switch
I am trying to convert some Java code into Java 8 lambda expressions. My first effort was to convert the if statements to switch statements, however I got an error:
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException:
The annotation @UseSwitch is not applicable on this position. be359ba680
